Day After Halloween

We made a delicious Pumpkin Curry Soup using a soup mix, canned pumpkin, half n half and butter. It was easy and delicious. We then cleaned out a large pumpkin (saving the seeds) and used it as our serving bowl. Served with homemade bread. We then baked our seeds and topped with cinnamon sugar for a yummy treat.
